A: Yes. Once your agreement is finalized, our representative provides you with all of the site requirements to assist you in the selection and approval of your Seattle Drip location. In certain markets, Seattle Drip may provide sites.
Q: Does Seattle Drip provide a specified territory in the franchise agreement?
A: Yes. Seattle Drip designates a development area that reserves a specified area under your name. Once the Franchise Agreement is signed, you will then proceed to secure the exact site location. The size and boundaries of the specified territory will vary depending upon area demographics, geographic & man-made boundaries, traffic and road/highway layouts.
Q: Does Seattle Drip provide the building or can I build my own?
A: Seattle Drip requires that its proprietary modular building be used. Seattle Drip will supply a detailed set of site plans its franchisees and provide technical advice for obtaining permits. The Franchisee would use a contractor of its choice for site work.
