Seattle Drip’s Roaster, Lindsay Vandervelde, attended several roasting classes at SCAA in Houston this year.  Lindsay’s Team Leader in “Craft Roasting” was Mike Kearby of Intelligentsia Coffee of Chicago, one of the country’s best coffee roasters.  Nothing like learning from the best!

Lindsay is in the “Q” Program and attended Boot Coffee’s Cupping event with Jodi Dowell. Lindsay also cupped “Geisha” coffee at the “Best Coffees of the Year”.
